By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information from third-party services we use to deliver our services to you.

  • Payment information: when you pay for the $35 IAQ consultation or any other ProClean service, payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe (our payment processor). ProClean does not see, store, or have access to full payment card numbers
  • Visitor type information: in our chatbot, we record whether you identified as a homeowner, renter, landlord, real estate professional, or other category, to help route you to relevant information
